PURCHASING AND RETURN POLICY

It is important to remind you that access to and use of the website www.cellxone.com is governed by our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE policy, which you can read in our LEGAL NOTICE. We recommend that you read our LEGAL NOTICE carefully before using our services or making a purchase in any section of our website. Furthermore, as explained in our LEGAL NOTICE, we would like to remind you that by accessing our website, registering or placing an order, the USER expressly accepts both our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE policies, as well as our LEGAL NOTICE and our PRIVACY POLICY.

That being said, below we explain specifically CELLXONE's PURCHASING and RETURN policy. For us, the most important thing is to help you take care of your health, but first we want to make sure you understand the rules governing the purchasing processes of our products, and, above all, that you know your rights during the process before and after the purchase.

1. PURCHASING PROCESS

1.1. To purchase products, the USER must follow the process indicated on the website and confirm the order after accepting these conditions. Once the purchase is completed, CELLXONE will send you a confirmation email with the order details.

1.2. All orders are subject to product availability. If any item is not available after confirming your order, CELLXONE will contact you to:

1.3. Orders are shipped from Spain and estimated delivery times are five (5) to fifteen (15) business days, depending on the destination. Deliveries or pick-ups are not carried out during weekends and holidays.

1.4. CELLXONE will not be responsible if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect USER data, absence of the recipient, or incidents beyond the control of the courier service (including, where applicable, customs holds).

1.5. Orders outside the European Union (or, where applicable, those sent to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and/or Melilla) may be subject to fees, taxes, or duties at the destination. Said costs will be borne by the USER and paid directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.

1.6. For any problem with the delivery (order not received, damaged, or lost), please contact pedidos@cellxone.com indicating your order number, the email address associated with the purchase, and the specific incident.

1.7. Prices shown on the website include current taxes and are expressed in EUROS.

1.8. Shipping costs will be indicated before completing the purchase.

1.9. All communications related to orders, returns, or purchasing inquiries must be made through the email address pedidos@cellxone.com.

2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

2.1. You may return any product within thirty (30) calendar days from its delivery.

2.2. Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. CELLXONE will bear the return costs only in cases of error regarding the shipping address or when the product is different from the order, but not under any other circumstance.

2.3. To process a return or exchange, please contact pedidos@cellxone.com in advance. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, the refund will be processed within approximately fifteen (15) business days, using the same payment method as the purchase.

2.4. Since orders are processed immediately, it is not possible to cancel them once confirmed. If you do not wish to keep the order, you may return it in accordance with this RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.

2.5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in cases of advance sales (provided they are not subject to special conditions and/or discounts), you may cancel your order by requesting it within the first sixty (60) minutes from the purchase. Where applicable, to manage the order refund you must contact pedidos@cellxone.com.

2.6. In any case, returns will not be accepted, nor refunds made, in cases of purchasing personalized products, or, where applicable, regarding products acquired on the occasion of raffles and/or special promotions in which price discounts are applied to the products.

3. LIABILITY

3.1. CELLXONE will not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of products, nor for technical failures of the website or third-party services (such as logistics providers or payment gateways).

3.2. However, this limitation will not affect consumer rights nor exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.

4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

4.1. The relationship between CELLXONE and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the USER's domicile.
